Lee Kyung-Ha

Sul Young-Hoon
Abstract
Non-occlusive mesenteric ischemia (NOMI) is fatal complication that compromises mesenteric vascular flow in patients with underlying comorbidities. If hepatic portal venous gas is found on imaging studies, the prognosis for patients with NOMI is poor. We present a case of recurrent NOMI with three attacks, showing a variety of clinical manifestations including massive hepatic portal venous gas.
